  1. Anyone had any luck? I got the update from the app to my phone at 11:27 – been waiting about 10 minutes in the waiting room. Just wondering is anyone has had any success reserving this!

  2. Waited 25 minutes in holding, it is full. If only Disney sent an email like they said they were going to….

  3. It didn’t take long to fill up! I clicked the push notification as soon as I got it, and I wasn’t able to get in.

  4. At 11:50am (EST) the event is already full! I clicked right when I got the notification that it was live too

  5. Went on as soon as I got the notification, waited in the queue for about 10 minutes, then it said event was full.

  6. Thanks to you I was able to get a spot! I received zero heads up. No email (had been checking every hour) or notification from the app.

Thank you for your help making magic!

    • I agree, no notification. And I spoke to someone who said there would be. Also, it wasn’t clear what time the system would open last Friday the 26th. Are we supposed to guess? Or I guess all the people with money for Disney passes have nothing better to do than monitor the Disney website every hour. I am PO’d at the way this is going. I am seriously considering cancelling the pass.

  7. I got one for animal kingdom on the 9th for me and my 2 kids! Got in the virtual queue at 11:19 and got through about 20 minutes after that. Got a notification that they were sold out about 5 minutes after that. Got lucky this time!

  8. Wow… Disney obviously gives priority to vloggers and other media outlets. I received the registration at 11:10 and clicked immediately. My son received it about 20 minutes later, same type of AP. I stayed on the “do not refresh” page forever, just for it to display at about 11:50 that it was full. Dissappointed!

  9. I clicked the link immediately upon receiving a text. I was taken directly to the registration website where I waited for approximately 30 minutes, until a message that the event was full popped up. I spoke with my friend and she received an email at 11:10 am , and jumped into the queue at 11:25 am, following by the dreaded “Event Full” shortly thereafter.

  10. No push notification, no email, nothing. Also have resort reservation starting July 9th. Thanks for nothing.

  11. Spent hours on phone couldn’t get in touch with anyone I want my partial refund for my annual pass

  12. YES!! We got MK on July 9!! I had just picked up my phone to open Instagram and saw your post that registration had just opened and I opened it immediately! Thank you so much for the heads up because Disney didn’t email me until about 5 minutes later and by that point it was already too late and was sending everyone to the waiting page.

  13. Wow. It would have been delightful if WDW had actually notified me, or my husband. I have had a Premium Annual Pass for over 15 years. Since February of 2020 I have no received a single email from WDW regarding anything. I’ve called and was told that there might be a problem with my email address . I gave them an alternative email. Still nothing. For the last week and more I have checked the My Disney Experience app and for updates to the app, between 3 and 7 times a day. Nothing. Emailed them. No action. Called, and as I said, they have no clue. It reminds me that our Disney Plus account was messed up, at Disney’s end, till late January this year. Disney’s fault. And it took 4 months to get my D23 account straighten out after it was a gift last September.
I’m just wondering how I ticked off Mickey. Cause at tjis point were not feeling any Disney love, or loyalty.

  14. I don’t understand why this is even a thing. AP previews are for GOOD events and openings. This is literally a preview of the hell we’ll have to endure until Disney wises up.

  15. lol got no email from Disney event was ful by the time I saw this. Best part, the Disney pp sent me a push notification at 3:55pm long after this was already full. Way to go Disney, thankfully Tom and his team communicate this stuff so others may have the chance to book these things because Disney is terrible with communication

  16. Disney communication skills strike again. Email notifications were NOT sent out to all passholders. Didn’t get one since I didn’t know today was the day!

To add to the reservation mischief, if I had a regular ticket, instead of an annual pass, I could make a reservation for just about any day. But because I am an annual passholder, the passholder allotment is all full until the 20th.

  17. Nope, got the notification on MDE went to it, but it was no where to be found. Didnt get an email neither. They really need to up their things with their APs. We’ve gotten screwed with this whole thing. I like how they say “we value our APs” but they dont.

  18. I responded to the E-Mail within less than 30 seconds, sat on the landing page for a long time, and then received the notification that the event was full. That was long before noon.

Once again Disney shows complete disregard for annual passholders with token gestures.

  19. Was able to score preview for July 9th at AK! Took screenshot…still haven’t received my confirmation email. Or my original AP email for that matter 🤦‍♀️ 😂

  20. I got the notification for registration this morning and it was already sold out. Thanks Disney😠

  21. Unfortunately although I am an annual passholder I was never notified of this event I just found out about 30 minutes ago through Google news

  22. My whole family has Florida resident annual passes so I guess they didn’t send the notification to everyone because we never got anything.

  23. Luckily I got a reservation and did a screenshot; I was supposed to get an email confirmation but never received it.

  24. Hubby didn’t get the message until 12:19 and the link never worked. Spent an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer and they didn’t even know what happened. When they send the Epcot ones (if they do) I hope it actually works.

  25. I did not receive a email. I got the push notification at 7:30.PM!!!!
Rediclios that they would do that.

  26. How was anyone supposed to know when this was going live? I didn’t receive an email. Same thing happened on June 26th. I was on at midnight. Who knew it opened at 6am? Inloat a night of sleep over it and I don’t even have access on any days I wanted. Not to mention paying for a gold pass but not having summer access… One free off-peak month does not make up for it. I always thought Disney was the company that thought of everything, but they’re really f-ing this up. –Grumpy and Unhappy in Haines City

  27. Stop lying Disney. Walt would be ashamed. I’m expecting a refund for this month. Clearly false advertising.

  28. Got the push notification at 9:44 PM?????? Like thanks Disney really glad I’ve been invited to join like 10 hours after the passes were already gone???????????????

  29. I’m not 100%. So if wrong sorry. But.. did any premier pass members get email?? I didn’t. That an expensive disappointment.

  30. Another of Disney’s Passholder Disappointments. Ive tried for several years to get in on one of Disney’s special events. Never Able. I dont think they really care about passholders.
