  • They should just close Hollywood studios and revamp and grow the entire thing. What a mess with no identity and very little to do. Disney should have built an entire new theme park on Starwars and Pixar beside Hollywood Studios..the land is there and so are the enormous painful crowds all ALL the Orlando parks to support a larger park when they were done. It’s getting harder to have fun at the parks with so many more people and strollers, and so much less to do. Annual passholder, Yolanda

  • No Dave, I believe that Yolanda is right on every count. It is closed FROM March 15 until it REOPENS in the summer. Strollers? They are not Strollers, they are STROLLER MONSTERS! Beware! Since when did parents/grandparents receive authorization to use their child/stroller as a battering ram? Put a stroller in a person’s hand and they become oblivious and rude! And HS? No point in even going to the main park now, just go do the Tower and Rock n’ Roller Coaster, and be gone! Back Lots tour GONE! Such a shame! Even took away the sorcerer’s hat! BOO

    • This was a one day only closure. Most of the work was done not affecting the current ride, and as for STROLLERS i being a parent my self and have traveled with a stroller and well be traveling again with a stroller. This is a family park and as an adult i love it to but its a family park so you should expect strollers. have you ever pushed a stroller in a crowded place im guessing not. I will agree there are some rude people with strollers but there are even some rude people without them. Then when you run into them cause they stop or turn in front of you its your fault you hit them. If you dont like it then dont go its a family park. My husband and I find it more friendly then our Amusement Park.

      • Well when you bash your stroller into me….dont be surprised when I let some serious gas go right at you and your family….or if you do hit me it might cause me to puke all over your stroller….i do have the ability to do that at will. Enjoy your stroller battering ram covered in puke Tracey!

  • I’m so saddened by the negative comments about DHS, it isn’t just about the rides, take time to look at the theming too, read the packing crates by Echo lake and see who can guess the movies they relate to, look above you all around the park or on the ground, I love to get a PB and J shake from the lounge at the 50s Prime time diner and sit and watch the world go by in Streets of America. I think the attitude of guests is the problem, strollers are raced around the parks, would you run like that at home with a stroller? No, because it’s dangerous to your child and other guests (especially if you are the dopey parent who doesn’t know what the straps are for) There is still plenty to do, it just depends what you want to do.
