An effect on Journey Into Imagination With Figment in EPCOT has been fixed after it broke many years ago.

The water cooler in Figment’s upside-down house is once again bubbling. The effect has been broken for at least a couple of years, if not longer. Guests can see the water cooler on their right in the kitchen, the last room of the house.

The original version of Journey Into Imagination opened on March 5, 1983. It introduced Figment the little purple dragon and the Dreamfinder, who taught guests about the power of imagination. The ride was updated in 1998 – 1999, reopening as Journey Into Your Imagination with a new story, no Dreamfinder, and only a Figment cameo. This hated version closed in 2001 and Journey Into Imagination with Figment opened the next year with Figment returning as a main character.

For years, there have been rumors that Disney would update the attraction again, restoring the beloved original or something like it, but nothing has come to fruition.
