Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will launch six new menu items on April 1, Disney announced on Instagram.

Mama Melrose’s New Menu Items

The Rigatoni Bolognese is ground beef, Italian sausage, and parmesan.

The Braised Pork Osso Buco includes creamy polenta, roasted cipollini onions, sweet peppers, and lemon gremolata.

Fried mozzarella sticks come with marinara sauce and lemon aïoli.

For dessert is the Goat Cheese Mousse Tart topped with honeycomb and an edible flower served with blackberries and a cassis compote.

The Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp includes pasta, cheese sauce, and fresh parsley.

And finally, the new Mushroom, Artichoke, Cheese Dip includes goat cheese and tomatoes with toasted crostini.

Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano is located in the Grand Avenue area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, tucked away in the back of the land.
