An audio-animatronic from The Great Movie Ride, the classic Disney’s Hollywood Studios attraction that closed permanently in 2017, is now for sale on eBay.
The Great Movie Ride Animatronic Mummy
Seller disneyprops is offering this “pre-owned” mummy animatronic from the Egyptian temple scene for the buy-it-now price of $13,000. Only local pickup from Tampa, Florida is available.

An animatronic mummy figure from the Egyptian Temple scene in The Great Movie Ride at Disney-MGM Studios. Of particular note, the base the figure is affixed to is labelled “Great Moments,” Which was the original name of the Great Movie Ride!~ The figure stands 70″ tall atop the 21.25″x19.25″x18.25″ high base, bringing the entire height of the piece to 88.25″. Both the historic base and figure are in fine park-used condition, with intentional distress to the mummy.
This is Mummy #4 which appeared in scene 6, “Lost Temple”. Has 3 pneumatic (air powered) functions- head tilt, right arm foreword, and left arm foreword.
