The 2013 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival begins on March 6th, but we already have a preview of one of the new features of the festival this year. Disney just put out the following video of the first “living topiary” test they conducted. Based on how successful it was with guests, it should appear at Epcot starting March 6th:
