Our technical director Jose Castillo is currently at the Walt Disney World Resort and has provided us with these photos from his first day at the Resort yesterday, which took him to Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
It was a very wet day yesterday.
More photos including American Idol Experience and Toy Story Midway Mania after the jump…
The Sorcerer’s Hat is walled off for repainting.
Toy Story Midway Mania had about an hour wait. For the heck of it, here are a few photos of the famous Spud himself, Mr. Potato Head!
A lot of people over at the disabled loading area.
High School Musical 3: Right Here! Right Now! performing in front of a walled off Sorcerer’s Hat.
The American Idol Experience’s grand opening is now proclaimed on the giant screen outside the attraction.
Cast members are also now outside the attraction.
They certainly picked a great new name for this theater!
It looks like most of the walls are now down around the attraction.
The show time board currently says coming soon. However I do like the design of this board. The color scheme is very nice.
Quite a big queue area for a show.
Stay tuned to WDW News Today throughout the next couple of days for more pictures from the fabulous Jose Castillo!
