Myrna spent 2 fun-filled days at the Disneyland Resort and comes to us with a great photo report:

“Celebrate Today!” decorations on the Timon parking lot entrance.

Balloons galore on the Harbor Blvd. entrance.

The security tents.

Now into DCA for a look at construction, construction, and more construction!

Lots of work in the Paradise Pier lagoon. The holes they are digging are for the lighting towers.

The Games of the Boardwalk are coming along great!

As is Mickey’s Fun Wheel.

Prep work for the Silly Symphony Swings.

The SS Rustworthy is due to be removed starting this September.

No word on what will be happening to the Jumpin Jellyfish.

The Golden Zephyr won’t be changed that much. Just some better theming added.

More construction.

I wonder when they’ll be doing more work to the Mickey head on California Screamin’?

The San Francisco street restroom walls once again.

A nice shot of Grizzly Peak.

“Hiya Pal!”

St. Patricks Day merchandise in Greetings From California.

Over at Disneyland, this special ramp was set up, just to be blocked off again… Does that make any sense?

Celebration Point on Main Street USA.

Earlier in the week it was announced that Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years will close on Monday March 16th and will be replaced later this year with The Disneyland Story, Featuring Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln.

The Jedi Training Academy as of yesterday was not performing, but the show started up again today.

What a cheap sign!

A busy day on the road to tomorrow.

The Flag Retreat seems a lot more colorful during this year’s “What Will You Celebrate?” celebration.

Repaving of Main Street cutting off approximately 1/4 of the street.

It’s a Small World’s beautiful nighttime lighting.

There’s also cool nighttime lighting for Celebration Point.
