1. It's nice to see there is an equally impressive offering for New Year's Eve at California Adventure. I've seen photos of past New Year's Eves at DCA and it was literally a ghost town. No more ugly step child to Disneyland anymore.

2. Sorry Debra, not sure what photos you saw of DCA in the past for NYE, but it has been crowded at DCA just about every NYE for the past 4+ years. Last year DCA had a very impressive fireworks show, although it didn't compare to this one especially with the WOC fountains.

   Read the comment by Disney Resort and the response from bredgur.
   Made me sad to think no one goes to DCA for New Year's Eve. But I hope bredgur is wrong and that it has it's share of guests. But the video makes me know for sure, it will be a happening place on December 31st.

4. DCA had always been the overflow holding area for Disneyland during NYE. Me and my wife had been going to Disneyland for NYE for the last 3 or 4 years, and this was the first time we chose DCA over Disneyland for NYE. Not just for the fountains/fireworks but also for the elecTRONica dance party. (they did their own countdown and fireworks as well)
   We will be making DCA our first choice from now own based solely on the strength of the fountain/fireworks show

5. Pretty much agree with Chris. The Fountains/Fireworks show was amazing. A completely different vibe from the classic Midnight fireworks at Disneyland. We will be at DCA again for NYE next year.
