Update: If we look at the picture close enough, it seems to say that it’s a limited edition set of 1000!

We knew it was coming out next Friday, and thought we knew the price. We were right, the price has been confirmed by D-Street at $99.95. How long will this line be?

They are a gorgeous set. Yet, they’ll sit there forever just like the Disneyland Ticket books, condiment sets, and billiard sets.

The line for these will be very short! A $99.95 price tag is not going to sell very fast. Look they still have tons of E-Ticket Mickeys, Watches and Condiments sets. Unless its something truly Disney like maybe a boxed set of Disney Afternoons with 8 different figures then yes, but Sushi they will be around for a long time!

agreed! these along with sea creatures will be on the shelves for a while. While Disney has hit many “home runs” with various vinyls, they’ve for sure had their share of clunkers too.

and the new molds are going to make the “home runs” into singles at best.:(

Why do you think the sea creatures are going to be an open box set? I don’t think they could sell them if they weren’t.

I find it strange the release date is so late. Disneyland Paris has the Sushi set in stock already for over more than a month. The price is a bit higher, €99,95.
