Much speculation surrounded this previously unseen figure who helped make a Z of Vinylmation on a Disney Blog post earlier this week. Turns out he is just a Thomas Scott designed figure that will be part of a future Urban Series.
Nick LoCicero has almost 20 years experience in the media industry. He has worked on numerous Disney related media projects, most know at WDWNT for WDW News Tonight. He has been visiting Walt Disney World since 1982. After moving to Orlando in the late 90's he became a passholder, developed a fascination with the history of the vacation kingdom and has spent way too much money on park merchandise.

The Jazz Guy would look great in an OLD mold Urban series. So glad that Urban 7 was the last set on OLD mold so I can save my money on the future NEW mold series. Now I can spend my money to fill in holes of the OLD mold series that I didn’t get early on.
