Update: 10/05/11 We are getting lots of people letting us know that, in fact, you CAN’T ORDER THIS THRU THE MAIL. It seems that the policy was changed after we made our initial call. We tried to call last night but no one answered. Thanks to everyone who wrote in letting us know of the change. (One person even said the Disney Store suggested we look online, nothing on the Disney Store site as of yet.)
Update: 9/18/11 We just got off the phone with the manager at the Disney Store at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This figure CAN be mail ordered! On, or after, October 4 you can call (808) 957-0050 to place your order. You will have to pay actual shipping, which can not be calculated until you call.
This might just be my favorite location specific Vinylmation produced to date.

That is excellent. It looks like the head piece mold for the Toy Soldier Vinylmation’s hat. Very creative.
I’m a big fan of Lilo and Stitch as well as the enchanted tiki room so I very much love this vinyl! Plus its in a tin, and an awesome tin it is too! The sunset and the pluto tiki mask tip the boat. This is what they should have had for the Aulani resort exclusive.
Do you know how many of these will be produced? Is there a way to buy these directly from the disney store? Love this!
The vinylmation.com blog did not list any LE number or any mention of “limited”ness in their post about this set. This leads us to believe it will be an open edition. I also hope it will be, because both Nick and I want one.
Yes this is very cool …lucky for me I have family and friends in Oahu ….that i need to ask to pick some up for me and send to California …very much agree this should of been the Aulani Resort Exclusive .
Have any of the other city exclusives been available via mail order?

Definitely no phone orders and a limit of 5 per person per day – according to a few reliable sources on another forum.
NO PHONE ORDERS. I just called store and they said Disney Corp. sent them a memo saying they can not ship ANY products from store. Serious bummer for us mainlanders.
I called yesterday and they said no mail order…. They must of gotten a lot of phone calls because the lady was very rude and annoyed with the question. I guess we have to go to ebay to get this one :-(
