This set just keeps getting better and better. A few days after pictures leaked onto the net showing the Extreme Wrestler series, Vinylmation.com has announced they come with trading type cards!

Each figure will come with their own card with their name, bio, hometown and signature move! Love it. The packaging design is great as well. They will be released in Disney Stores on October 29th for $9.95.

Here is a look at the full tray and 11 figures…

  • That’s what artist cards should have been like since the beginning: more than just the concept sketch. I love that artists actually spent time coming up with personalities for each character. It’s always nice when you see a designer going the extra little bit.

  • Due to the nature of the “non-Disney” theme, personally i think the design teams are putting much more effort in and things like the packaging and profile cards do all make a much nicer overall feel….. still going to skip them to save my cash for pixar/classic/park 11 which are all out in the next few weeks… too many releases…only so much cash to go around… might trade for them later or if they get reduced,

    • I agree. Since the Store artists are not allowed to do Disney themed blind boxed sets anymore, at least they go 110% with what they do give us.

  • I think people are over reacting about the “non-Disney” sets/series. They are still vinylmation and if you want to be a good collector and fan of them you need to support the artists and quit complaining. You can still have your opinion (I definitely believe everyone has the right to) but you don’t have to be negative about it. The only reason I’m not getting on is because i have other sets I’ve been saving for for a LONG time. I will ALWAYS will love vinylmation no matter what the mold, theme, designs, or even prices are.
