Looks like Vinylmation Kingdom uncovered some possible Whiskers and Tail series revelations. First off, the name is rumored to actually be “Whiskers and Tales” not Tails. This photo was found on the VK Facebook page.
Next up, they had a source that informed them the chaser will be none other than the lovable mouse from Dumbo:

My local disnye store had them out for sale yesterday. I bought 3 of them and happened to see the other characters thats in there, not sure what the chaser is though
