Zip on down for Rescue Rangers #2

Looks like me know more about the Disney Afternoons line. The second set inspired buy the show Rescue Rangers will be hitting the internet and D-Street stores on August 16th. The set will cost $29.95, it be a LE of 1500, and is designed by Maria Clapsis and Monty Maldovan. And now for the big news, it will be a three figure set (two 3″ and a Jr) containing the characters Monterey Jack, Gadget Hackwrench, and Zipper.

This is what I love to see from Disney Afternoons. Perfect! Now all we need is for Gadget to have a wrench accessory!

What do you think of this set?

These are awesome, they bring back some great memories! Hope I can get this one online before it sells out, I have a feeling, it will.

I agree that these are great designs! The Jr is icing on the cake.

Here’s a twist…Disney should give DisneyStore.com 2/3 of the edition and split the other 1/3 between the coasts. That would give everyone besides LA and Orlando collectors a better chance to get what they need at retail, not “eBay-tail”. Try it on at least one release.

If they did that even more would end up on eBay. Just like the three Online Exclusive Disney Afternoon sets from Series 1 did.

I will be in Disneyland when this set is released, but I am in need of some help/information. I’ve never been in DLR for a vinylmation release at D-Street. Can somebody give me the basics of what I need to do and know? What time does the store open? Should I get there early to line up? Do they still give out wristbands and then you can come back later in the day to buy the set? Thanks.
