Gamescom, similar to our E3,  is taking place over in Cologne, Germany this week and EA showed off some new gameplay footage for “Star Wars Battlefront”. The gameplay is from Battlefront’s newest mode called Fighter Squadron Mode and it looks great.

With Fighter Squadron Mode, Rebel and Imperial ships will face off in intense dogfights over the various planets that will be found in the game. Featuring iconic Rebel X-Wings and A-Wings, as well as the dreaded Imperial Tie Fighters and Tie Interceptors, Fighter Squadron lets you engage in aerial battles with up to 20 players, and AI-controlled ships joining the fight.

The sound! The visuals! Can’t wait!

“Star Wars Battlefront” goes on sale November 17th on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
