PHOTO REPORT: Epcot 5/31/16 (Soarin’ Returns, Frozen Facade Revealed, DVC Lounge Nears Completion, ETC.)

There was so much happening at Epcot over the weekend that I just had to make a visit, so let’s see what’s new and exciting around the park in our latest photo report:

The original Soarin’ is now back until June 16th

There was quite the rush to get in line for Soarin’ the first day back

The new theater reminded me of all the reasons I love Soarin’ when it’s new: the smells work and the projections looked fantastic

  • The Land’s decor still breaths 80-90s. Hate it.

    And what about the Frozen decor….TACKY.

    I LOVED EPCOT 20 years ago, but now it just feels old to me. It needs major demolishing and new ‘wow i am in the future’ attractions. But i guess that won’t happen as long as DISNEY can’t get a sponsor to pick up the bill….

  • Disney needs to get back to looking toward the future in FutureWorld. Business development needs to get the sponsors. Oh and move the monoliths in the entrance of EPCOT to one of the grassy areas and bring back the garden planters in front of Spaceship Earth…..that is all
