In a true sign of the times, Walt Disney World is removing payphones from all around their property and replacing them with courtesy phones. If you don’t what a payphone is, look it up kids.

The phone can be used to call local numbers, otherwise you will need a calling card. Again kids, look it up…

We tried twice to use the phone to dial out cell phones which have 407 area codes, but we were unsuccessful.

Not all phones have been converted yet, but should soon.

Why don’t they have auto dialing to Disney services/reservations and hotel resorts? Would seem to be the true function of courtesy phones.
