RECIPE: Make Your Own Dairy-Free Dole Whip During the Disney Parks Closure

The other day, we shared with you the at-home Dole Whip recipe that Disney provided during the extended park closures. Now, thanks to Dole, we have the dairy-free recipe to enjoy. And like the previous recipe, all the ingredients should be easily accessible. You’ll need a blender and just a few minutes to whip this together.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pineapple juice (make sure to freeze in an ice cube tray)
  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, banana, and powdered sugar in the blender. Cover and blend until smooth, gradually adding coconut milk and scraping down sides if necessary. Serve immediately.

And there you have it! The total time to make takes around 10 minutes and makes 2 servings. It’s a simple one-step recipe and you’ll have a sweet treat before you know it. Let us know what you think if you try it out!
