Showcasing natural watermelon flavor with a subtle cucumber aftertaste, this light and refreshing libation stole our hearts back in March as “the perfect drink for your afternoon at Epcot.” Sure, you can skip the gin to make a non-alcoholic version. However, we feel a splash of juniper berry assists in cleansing your palate between each sip, while enhancing the… Florida Freshness, if you will.

Watermelon Cucumber Slushy – Ingredients:

• 1 Large Cucumber, peeled and cut into large chunks
• 4 cups Watermelon, cut into large chunks
• 8 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
• 1 cup Ice

Watermelon Cucumber Slushy – Preparation:

• Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
