UPDATE: As of 1:20 PM (EST), the Baby Yoda plush from Build-A-Bear Workshop is no longer available. However, you can sign up here to be among the first to know once he’s back in stock.
The original post and product listing is available below.
While Build-A-Bear Workshop has always offered a variety of Star Wars-inspired bears and even a few droids as part of their mix-and-match plush collection, guests at the popular stuffed toy workshop can now create and cradle their very own child from “The Mandalorian”: Baby Yoda. The adorable plush is now available for purchase online via their website! (Do note that all of their brick-and-mortar Build-A-Bear Workshop stores are currently closed due to COVID-19. The plush comes fully stuffed and ready to snuggle… so make sure you have some hot broth ready for him.)
The biggest bounty in the universe is made even more valuable with TWO sound chips included! Inspired by The Mandalorian, this officially-licensed plush features the Star Wars™ logo on the paw pad and includes its brown robe.Baby Yoda also includes a sound chip in each paw: one is a 5-in-1 sound chip featuring the Child’s signature sounds, and the other is a sound chip featuring the theme song from The Mandalorian.
The full bundle (plush, sound chips, carrying box) costs $59.75 and includes free shipping:

It sold out in an hour (at least, an hour from when I received the email)
A second wave released on May 4th and Build a Bear implemented a virtual waiting room along with shopDisney. The difference was that shopDisney left their customers in the dark about how the waiting room worked, while Build a Bear sent a detailed email letting their customers know how it worked. Really wish shopDisney would make their site better to stop the bots or stop with the limited releases and allow a preorder so everyone who wants the items can get them.
