  1. This made me all teary! Disneyland was my very first park, when I was 7 years old. I’ve been going ever since but the last time was in 2002. I live near WDW now, and love it dearly, but DisneyLAND will always have a special place in my heart. Can I admit here without being laughed at (okay, go ahead and laugh) that when I grew up I wanted to be a mermaid at the 20,000 Leagues ride?
