We noticed yesterday that the construction walls in front of these restrooms in Future World east (soon to be the World Discovery neighborhood) had been removed. Today, the restrooms opened and it seems the remodel is now complete.

These restrooms are near Mouse Gear, which is receiving a huge refurbishment.

The outside of the restrooms were recently repainted.

Inside, there is new flooring and red tiles on the wall to mirror the new, red-orange World Discovery color scheme.

Dyson Airblade hand dryers have been installed in addition to paper towel dispensers.

With the amount of construction ongoing at EPCOT, it is a relief to see even a restroom re-opening.

  1. Airbourne viral pandemic and air hand dryers are not a good idea. They should deactivate the hand dryers until the Covid threat has been resolved.

  2. This is great they came out beautiful! The article is lacking who actually performed this work to improve the restrooms at Epcot. Can you please let us know the Contractor who completed this? TIA

  3. Boyer Building Corporation, which completed this project on behalf of Walt Disney World, is proud of the men and women who pulled together to complete this project on time and in a safe manner during a pandemic. What a beautiful upgrade for the WDW Guests.
