On September 1st, 2000, Pooh’s Hunny Hunt opened at Tokyo Disneyland and forever changed the theme park world. The first “modern” trackless ride, it would pave the way for later Imagineering masterpieces such as Mystic Manor and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
With a budget of $130 million, Hunny Hunt replaced the abandoned Fantasyland Skyway station in Tokyo Disneyland 20 years ago today.
