We at WDWNT employ some great photographers who scour the Disney and Universal parks and resorts around the world to show you the best there is. So each week, we will be rounding up the seven best images captured by our photographers, whether they made it into a story this week or not, and bringing them to you in a Weekly Recap just like we do with our story Weekly Recaps. So let’s dive right in to the seven best photos for the week of September 21-27, 2020.
Magic Kingdom
Cinderella met at the Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom before her big debut at Cinderella’s Royal Table.
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
The ferry pulls up at the dock with a picturesque lake backdrop and Magic Kingdom beyond. The resort has now reopened with the NBA bubble fencing already down.
The recently refurbished Alice in Wonderland Splash Zone at the Beach Pool is peaceful just after sunrise, before all the kids get up to come play.
EPCOT
Strollers line the parking area between The Seas with Nemo and Friends Pavilion and The Land Pavilion. Attendance is restricted compared to pre-COVID crowds, but there are still plenty of guests in the parks on weekends.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Despite heavy crowds of late, the occasional moment does arise when our photographers find themselves alone in the land and it makes for some nice, clean shots.
These guests have great weather for a wet ride on Kali River Rapids.
And lastly, it seems someone will have to run into a shop for a new mask as this one was left on the distant moon of Pandora in the Alpha Centauri System. Never fear though, Walt Disney World has plenty of masks available to purchase.
That’s it for this week in photos. We hope you enjoyed our top 7 photos of the week for September 21-27, 2020. See you again next week.
