PHOTOS: Frozen Ever After Now Closed for Refurbishment at the Norway Pavilion in EPCOT

Beginning today, Frozen Ever After in EPCOT’s Norway Pavilion is closed for refurbishment.

The short refurbishment will last through November 6. The work being done is unspecified.

Other Frozen fun is still available in the form of the cavalcade at EPCOT and “For the First Time in Forever – A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

  1. This is a benefit for folks at Epcot. You get a valuble hour back that you would have wasted on this ride. Disney should have put more thought into this, aside from throwing the Frozen characters into this ride, without much of a story.

  2. Would have been nice to know this prior to today. Have had reservations for forever and just learned of the closure after entering the park. We could have rearranged our reservations if we’d known! Flying back to NJ tomorrow and am not very happy.

  3. Any chance their refurbishing back to Maelstrom? I mean one could hope. Yea I know no star wishing is going to make that dream come true.

  4. My best friend and I went to Disney 2 years ago and we had to get evacuated off of the ride. It was quite intense but was interesting to see how they unloaded everyone off. Definitely had a story to share with my friends and family after that.

  5. Maybe they can make the “frozen” ride actually cold.. dumbest thing to have a ice themed ride that’s hot and humid..
