There are signs that the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover will soon return. The popular Magic Kingdom attraction has been recently testing in advance of reopening. Today we noticed that the attraction’s queue area has been returned.

The PeopleMover queue had previously been used for guests waiting to ride Astro Orbiter. The line is partially covered by the PeopleMover track above. The PeopleMover supports have recently been repainted.

The now condensed Astro Orbiter queue likely means that the PeopleMover may be boarding guests in the near future.

  1. Yes I love the peoplemover I grew up with it it’s a staple of the purity of classic disney world magic :)

  2. Ooh. I hope this means it will be open by Friday when I go. With no shows (and hopefully less people) I am trying to get to some of the attractions I haven’t been on in a while. Sadly I didn’t get to the Hall of Presidents in time, but I’ll get there when I go next year for the 50th anniversary.
