The Citrus Blossom booth is back again! After being available during the Taste of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, the 2020 International Festival of the Holidays, and even the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, we’ve made it a full year with the Citrus Blossom booth. So, let’s head over and see if they have any new offerings for the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.

*NEW* Meyer Lemon-poached Lobster Salad with Grapefruit-Ros̩ Vinaigrette, Yuzu-marinated Hearts of Palm, and Avocado-Yuzu Panna Cotta Р$8.25
The lobster salad includes three large pieces of tender, well-prepared lobster meat on top of a bed of hearts of palm. The grapefruit-rose vinaigrette brings a strong citrus flavor to the dish that complements the meat. The lobster itself is not fishy at all and seems to be of a nice quality.
*NEW* Citrus-Braised Crispy Pork Belly with Kumquat and Carrot – $6.00
The citrus-braised pork belly is tender and juicy. The pork is true to its name with a nice crispy, charred finish. The carrot puree and kumquats add a sweet touch to the dish that compliments the charred flavor of the pork belly.
Citrus Shortcake: Orange Chiffon Cake, Lemon Curd, Mandarins, Whipped Cream and Citrus Crumble – $4.50
The best way to describe this cake is that it’s just… plain. Despite the nice presentation, nothing really stands out here. Definitely skip this item.
*NEW* Orange-Lemon Smoothie in a Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper Cup – $15.00
The orange-lemon smoothie is a refreshing treat, and while the sipper is new, the smoothie itself is not.
Orange Sunshine Wine Slushy – $6.75
The wine slush is amazing. It’s just sweet enough, with creamy citrus flavors to make it pop. This is definitely a booth favorite. The non-alcoholic version that comes inside the Orange Bird Sipper is great, too.
Beer Flight – $9.50
We really enjoyed this beer flight, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it if you were looking to try a sampling of beers from this booth.
Islamorada Beer Company Coconut Key Lime Ale, Fort Pierce, FL (5.0% ABV) – $4.50 / $8.50
From Untappd: “Cruisin’ on idle, listening to some tunes, and sipping on this mild Coconut Key Lime Blonde Ale will get you on Island Time no matter your location. The smooth taste of Key Lime and Coconut will lower your latitude and bring you back to the Islands.”
First Magnitude Brewing Lemon Hefeweizen, Gainesville, FL (5.2% ABV) – $4.50 / $8.50
From correspondence with First Magnitude Brewing Company, their Lemon Hefeweizen is a traditional German-style wheat beer, made with a yeast that gives off notes of banana, clove, and vanilla. This is complimented with the use of Lemondrop hops which “impart a light, zesty citrus aroma and lemon zest.”
*NEW* Playalinda Brewing Company Hibiscus Lime Ale, Titusville, FL (4.6% ABV) – $4.50 / $8.50
Untappd describes this as a “tart ale from hibiscus and lime.”
