Earlier this month, we reported that Universal Orlando Resort was swapping out its large physical distancing decals to much smaller markers, likely to make it simpler to adjust the distance. Now, we can confirm Universal Orlando has begun the process of moving the markers to only 3 feet apart, as they prepare to change their distancing policy and remove temperature checks that were put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We found Team Members at Universal Studios Florida actively moving the new markers.
They were carefully measuring the placement of each marker.
A recent change in policy by Orange County Mayor Jerry Demmings allowed theme parks to reduce physical distancing to three feet.
Universal Orlando Team Members confirmed the new policy takes effect tomorrow, and signage will be updated to reflect the change.

Good, move on hallelujah
