Hello from a split-decision weather day at EPCOT! We enjoyed moments of bright sunshine, but were also glad that we wore our rain boots as some pretty heavy rainfall moved through the area. Despite the indecisive weather, we still found things to show you, so let’s get started!

On our way in, we noticed that the Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company location near the entrance had its logo and trim painted the same bright blue as all the new signage at EPCOT.

Once we entered the park, we saw that all of the pavilion flags had been removed from the flagpoles at the entrance, despite having remained up throughout the inclement weather caused by Hurricane Elsa. For more pictures and information, check out our article here.

The Spaceship Earth West Restrooms have finally gotten their new accent colors painted on the walls as you enter.

With the International Flower & Garden Festival officially over, we saw the majority of the decorations and offerings specific to the festival removed across the park, including most of the topiaries. While we saw the Butterfly House blocked by scrim the day after the Festival closed, today we could see that the structure had been removed, and was no longer visible above the scrim.

Eats At The EPCOT Experience, which reopened on Tuesday, finally has a menu board back. It has reopened with the same menu as it had before it closed for a kitchen refurbishment.

Despite the Festival being over, the merchandise for the International Flower & Garden Festival is still available at Port of Entry, but is not discounted in any way.

Moving around World Showcase, we found the ongoing pavement work in the Morocco Pavilion in an interesting stage, with scored but patched concrete in the center of the main thoroughfare.

With the removal of the topiaries, we also noticed the beginning of the removal of the landscaping installations, starting with the potted plant installation that covered this area in the Italy Pavilion.

While we were in the Italy Pavilion, we noticed that Pizza al Taglio was open, which we haven’t seen available for some time.

The installation of new flooring in The Fjording at the Norway Pavilion is now complete. The larger merchandise displays have yet to be replaced in the front of the store, but we expect them to return soon.
