Are you thinking of going on a vacation to Walt Disney World? The idea of traveling to the Most Magical Place on Earth, walking into Magic Kingdom, seeing Cinderella Castle, meeting Mickey Mouse, and eating a Mickey Premium Bar while the Festival of Fantasy parade moves down Main Street U.S.A. is a magical one — and an expensive one. That being said, there is a solution to this costly problem.

What if we told you that there was a way you could have an ever better room at a luxury Disney resort for up to 65% less than its cost? Many Disney fans know about buying into the Disney Vacation Club (DVC), and using their points to stay in different resorts while they visit Walt Disney World, and other Disney hotels and partner hotels around the world. DVC may be a little too expensive for some to commit to an entire contract, but there is a way you can enjoy the room perks and low cost that DVC brings to a Disney vacation, without having to make that commitment.

DVC Rental Store by World of DVC is a place where you can actually buy DVC points for low costs, and use them to book your very own Disney resort stay. The process is fast, it’s free to explore, and the cancelation policies are unmatched. It leaves you with little risk and high reward when you are staying at a hotel like Disney’s BoardWalk Inn for a fraction of the cost you saw online. It is truly the BEST way to stay at a Deluxe Disney resort for a fraction of the price, through the #1 DVC rental company in the United States.

If you want to know how great the savings can be, it is very satisfying to compare Disney’s pricing to one of their packages, and look at the cost difference. We looked at what deals DVC Rental Store has to offer for Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, one of Disney’s more pricey options for Deluxe resorts. From July 16-23, Disney would charge $5,085.00 for the week, DVC Rental Store is offering the same room for $2,508.00. Click here to get that deal!

How does DVC Rental Store work?

Today, we will take a look at a step by step guide so you know exactly how to purchase your DVC room when booking through DVC Rental Store. The process is simple, quick, and assistance is always available if you need it.

Step 1: Check Availability and Price

The first thing you will have to do is see what Disney resorts and rooms are available during the dates you are interested in. The rooms come as a “package” so they are already pre-grouped on a certain amount of days. For example, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge may be available from August 5-10 when you are looking, so if you wanted to secure that resort for those days and the price that you see, you would have to take it as is. Luckily, there is a massive inventory so it is easy to get the dates you are looking for.

Their Check Availability Page is updated multiple times daily and also gives you the ability to compare rental offerings by price. Select one or more available villas, and you’re on your way!

The best thing about this part of the process is that it is totally free. You do not have to pay a deposit to see what is available, which is different compared to other DVC rental companies, who require your deposit before looking at availability.

Step 2: Submit Your Request and Security Deposit

Once you have found the perfect room for you, it’s time to lock it in!

When you’re ready to move forward with your reservation, simply submit a reservation request form. Then, one of their Reservation Specialists will get to work booking your vacation!

A member of the DVC Rental Store team will follow up with you to let you know what dates are available. If you would like to be added to their waitlist while we search for reservations that match your request, they will collect a $100 security deposit to hold your place. If they are unable to secure your reservation due to lack of availability, your $100 deposit will be refunded in full.

Step 3: Sign Documents and Submit Initial Payment

Once your booking is confirmed, there are only a few more small tasks to complete to lock you in.

Once DVC Rental Store has confirmed your reservation, you’ll need to submit an initial payment equal to 25% of your total cost (minus your $100 security deposit), and sign your rental agreement.

Your remaining 75% balance is due no later than 75 days prior to your arrival. This balance can be paid in one payment, or spread across several payments. Please note that for reservations made less than 75 days ahead of check-in, full payment is required upfront.

After you have completed those 3 simple steps, you are on your way to having a magical Disney World vacation. This is perfect if you and your group are looking to enjoy a Deluxe resort at a much lower cost, or if you want to try out a DVC room without having to buy into the costly contract right away.

Now is the perfect time to take advantage of the upcoming busy seasons when you may want to visit, but are worried about the price point. If you are looking to attend the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, or enjoy the holiday season at the parks, the hotel offers that are available at DVC Rental Store are lower now than ever. Booking now for the future is a fantastic way to save, without risking the uprise in costs when those busy seasons hit, and demand increases.
