Restaurant Marrakesh in the Morocco Pavilion is once again open to the public, but it still is not serving food to EPCOT visitors. Instead, guests who head to the former table service location will find Kidcot Fun Stop signs on either side of the entrance.

A spacious room with ornate columns, archways, and intricate ceiling patterns, featuring red carpets, chandeliers, and a few people walking and sitting on benches. A caution sign is visible on the floor.

Inside the restaurant, a Cast Member is situated at a table on the tile floor in the center of the patterned red carpet. Here, younger guests can partake in one of the 11 activities available as a part of Kidcot Fun Stops. Guests will get to complete an activity featuring the culture and traditions of Morocco and then pick up an activity card.

There is one Kidcot Fun Stop location in each of the 11 World Showcase countries. Each location is listed on the Disney website, but the site has not been updated to include Restaurant Marrakesh as Morocco’s location.

The new location also introduces a new “Kidcot Fun Stop” pouch. The item is purple with the “Kidcot Fun Stop” logo in the middle. Guests can put their activity cards inside the pouch for safekeeping.

The back of the pouch features Spaceship Earth surrounded by notable structures from all 11 of the pavilions in World Showcase.

Restaurant Marrakesh has yet to open as a dining location since it closed during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. It has been used for many purposes since then. Most recently, it served as an Annual Passholder lounge with snacks and a Genie meet and greet. The former restaurant has also been used as a Florida Blue Medicare lounge and a seating area.
