Santa will meet guests in the Disney Springs Marketplace near Disney’s Pin Traders, taking over the former Star Wars Trading Post. Santa’s Marketplace hosted by Bauducco will be open from November 8 through December 24, 2024.

Guests can enter the virtual queue to meet Santa Claus after arriving at Disney Springs via the My Disney Experience app. The virtual queue will open multiple times throughout the day:

  • 9 a.m.
  • 11 a.m.
  • 1 p.m.
  • 3 p.m.
  • 6 p.m.

One person in a party can request to join the virtual queue for the entire party. They will receive a push notification from the app when it’s time to meet Santa. The push notification will open a link to a digital entry code. The digital entry code can also be accessed in the app by selecting the 3-line menu icon and hitting “Virtual Queues.”

There is a maximum party size of 10 people. The virtual queue is subject to availability. A standby queue will not be available.

While waiting for their Santa Claus meet and greet time, guests can enjoy other holiday offerings at Disney Springs including the Christmas Tree Stroll, limited-time food and beverages, a Santa Sleigh DJ, nightly snowfall in Town Center, and North Pole letter-writing in Once Upon a Toy.

There will be Santa Claus meet and greets at each Walt Disney World theme park, too, including a new meet and greet in DinoLand U.S.A.
