Hong Kong Disneyland will be celebrating its 20th anniversary starting in summer 2025 and has announced a new daytime parade, castle stage show, and other festivities as part of “The Most Magical Party of All”.
Hong Kong Disneyland 20th Anniversary
“Friendtastic!” Parade

The first piece of art for the new “Friendtastic!” parade features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy in exclusive costumes on what appears to be the lead float.
We initially discussed the new parade way back in December of 2023, but it of course takes a long time to produce these large scale offerings. The Friendtastic Parade will be the largest in the park’s history with 11 floats, and the first daytime parade since Flights of Fantasy was retired in 2020. You can relive that parade from the park’s 10th anniversary below:
Special 20th Anniversary Edition of “Momentous”

Momentous, the award-winning nighttime show, will be receiving an update for the anniversary featuring new scenes and the appearance of drones in the sky. Projections will also run the entirety of Main Street U.S.A. The sky will come alive with colors and lights and will have drone choreography added to the mix.
New Stage Show

The stage show will feature Mickey and friends, but also Duffy, LinaBell, CookieAnn, and StellaLou in front of The Castle of Magical Dreams. The stage show will be offered for a limited time only for the duration of the anniversary celebration.

Throughout the celebration, guests can expect to see 20th anniversary-themed food and beverages as well as exclusive merchandise. The three resort hotels will also be decorated for the festive event.
“The Most Magical Party of All” will kick off this summer, but no exact date has been announced as of yet. The actual 20th anniversary of Hong Kong Disneyland will be celebrated on September 12, 2025.
