Disney has remained true to their word and the Red Car Trolley is now parked in Disney California Adventure as a photo op for guests.

One of the Red Car Trolleys is now parked on Buena Vista Street as a stationary photo op. It will not operate as an attraction again. The fate of the rest of the fleet is unknown, but the Red Car Trolley Barn backstage is being demolished to make way for the Avengers Campus expansion. The expansion will double the footprint of the land, adding two new attractions — Avengers: Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab.

The Red Car Trolley opened in 2012 as part of the $1 billion reimagining of Disney California Adventure. It used to ferry guests between Buena Vista Street and Sunset Boulevard with stops between.
