Disney Parks Blog has revealed upcoming merchandise collections exclusive to the Disney Destiny.
Disney Destiny Inaugural Collection
The Disney Destiny Inaugural Collection includes merchandise themed to sailings during the ship’s debut season. The merchandise is designed with colors of deep blue, rich purple, and gleaming gold. Items in the collection include apparel, housewares, and pieces from fan-favorite brands such as Loungefly and Pandora.
This tumbler features a purple-to-blue hue with the words “Inaugural Sailings” in gold text. Captain Mickey is featured in front of the Disney Destiny with the ship’s logo beneath him.
This Loungefly backpack displays an all-over print of Captain Mickey and the Disney Destiny logo on a purple-to-blue background. Gold accents are featured on the backpack along with a shimmering gold bow with the Disney Cruise Line logo at the center.
The Pandora charm bracelet contains charms of the Disney Cruise Line logo, Captain Mickey, Spider-Man, and the Disney Destiny logo.
Disney Destiny Logo Collection
The Disney Destiny Logo Collection features both the Disney Cruise Line logo and a custom line drawing of the bow of the Disney Destiny ship. The designs in this collection will be modern and simplistic with “sleek tone-on-tone patterns and a striking palette of onyx and gold.”
Items in this collection include a black t-shirt with the Disney Crusie Line logo in gold, a belt bag with the Disney Destiny logo that includes a strap with a geometric-style black and gold design, and a Minnie ear headband featuring the Disney Destiny and Disney Cruise Line logos with a gold bow at the center.
A black cap displaying a black icon of the Disney Destiny ship and logo will also be available.
This water bottle displays a gold bad black geometric design with the Disney Destiny ship and logo.
Super Character Collection
This collection is inspired by the ship’s “heroes and villains” theme. The Super Character Collection will offer one-of-a-kind souvenirs featuring artwork of Minnie, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto as “hydro heroes,” who each have their own unique superpowers. Designs in this collection will be reminiscent of comic book drawings and will include apparel, accessories, plush, pins, and drinkware.
These sweatshirts feature a superhero-style Minnie and Mickey featuring bright colors of red, blue, and yellow.
The collection also includes kids apparel such as a blue and red zipper hoodie that features Superhero Mickey and Minnie in comic book cartoon style with the Disney Destiny depicted above Minnie. There’s also a superhero cape with the Disney Cruise Line symbol on the back.
Figurines of Mickey and friends in their superhero forms are also included in the Super Character Collection.
Other merchandise includes stateroom magnets that feature the characters in their superhero forms. Mickey is depicted with a “Whoosh” phrase beside him alongside Goofy, whose superpower seems to be super stretch, with the words “Feelin’ Goofy” below him. Minnie is featured with Donald and Pluto is displayed with the Disney Destiny.
Superhero Minnie is also depicted on this Loungefly backpack. Minnie wears a red bow with a blue and yellow accent gem at the center. The bottom of the bag is blue with a yellow zig-zag line. The Disney Cruise Line | Loungefly plaque is displayed in the bottom left corner.
The side of the backpack features white pockets with a yellow strip around the top. The back of the backpack displays Superhero Minnie surrounded by blue circles and water droplets.
The backpack’s interior displays an all-over design of Superhero Minnie and the Disney Cruise Line symbol.
This water bottle displays superheroes Minnie and Pluto in comic book style with the phrase “Seas the day” at the bottom.
Other imagery across the bottle includes cartoon art of Superhero Mickey with the phrase “Whoosh” along with Donald and the Disney Destiny.
Pins in this collection display Mickey and friends as superheroes. Donald, Minnie, Mickey, Pluto, and Goofy are all displayed in various outfits of blue, red, and yellow showcasing different superpowers. The Disney Destiny ship is also part of this pin collection.
This ear headband contains a red bow with a blue and gold gem at the center, just like the one Minnie wears in the photos above. The black headband is covered in blue dots and the ears depict blue circles with droplets of water.
Disney Destiny Ship Collection
The Disney Destiny Ship Collection will offer signature souvenirs honoring the ship’s unique character features. Items in this collection include a themed spirit jersey, ear headband, ornament, beach towel, pin, and more. Most items are inspired by the statue of Spider-Man that will adorn the stern.
The Spirit Jersey in this collection is blue and white with the Disney Destiny logo displayed across the shoulders in blue and gold text. Below the logo is imagery of Spier-Man slinging a web in the same pose as the stern of the ship.
This collection will also include an ornament resembling a Mickey ear hat. Displayed at the center is the Disney Destiny atop ocean waves with Spider-Man above the ship. He decorates the right ear which showcases the “Disney Destiny” logo and the left ear features a Mickey anchor.
Disney Destiny MagicBand+
Beginning in late May, guests who have booked a cruise aboard the Disney Destiny can pre-order this brand-new Disney Destiny DisneyBand+. The design features artwork of Captain Minnie and the Disney Destiny ship in a classic nautical color scheme. The bands are waterproof wristbands and allow guests to seamlessly board the ship, access their stateroom, make purchases, link photos, and more.
Guests sailing aboard the Disney Destiny’s maiden voyage on November 20 will have the exclusive opportunity to pre-order a selection of new Disney Destiny merchandise and collector’s items later this summer.
