Two New Desserts Coming to Select Magic Kingdom Table Service Restaurants

Disney has shared images of two new desserts coming soon to The Plaza Restaurant and the Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen at Magic Kingdom Park.

The new desserts were previewed by the official Disney Eats Instagram account, @disneyeats.

S’mores Cake at The Plaza Restaurant – $10

Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, toasted graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallow mousse

A slice of layered chocolate cake with cream and chocolate filling, topped with toasted marshmallows and crumbs, makes for an irresistible dessert, served on a blue-rimmed plate.

The first new dessert is a S’mores Cake being sold at The Plaza Restaurant. The chocolate cake is topped with the ingredients used to make a s’more such as marshmallow, more chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs. The image from the post shows a drip of marshmallow oozing down the side of the cake.

Brigadeiro Prestígio at Skipper Canteen – $9

Dark chocolate ganache tart, coconut mousse, and salted dulce de leche

A delectable dessert: a slice of chocolate cake adorned with white frosting, caramel drizzle, and a decorative cookie atop a pristine white plate.

The second new dessert is called the Brigadeiro Prestígio and has been added to the menu at the Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. This dessert is a dark chocolate tart with a swirl of coconut mousse and salted dulce de leche drizzle.

The post does not include an official start date because the desserts have already been added to their respective restaurant menus as of April 13. The S’mores Cake at The Plaza Restaurant is listed as a “Holiday Exclusive,” perhaps implying that it is not planned to be permanent offering. The Brigadeiro Prestígio at Skipper Canteen, however, is listed on the menu as a regular dessert option. Both items have also been added to the digital menus on the Walt Disney World website and the My Disney Experience app.
