There are once again construction walls placed around the left side of the Mickey flowerbed at the entrance of Disneyland Park.
Disneyland Park Construction Walls
Construction walls first went up in this area in March. The walls were then moved to the right side of the flowerbed, though there were no major changes visible when they were shifted. They’re now back on the left side, with Mickey’s face still visible in the center.
We don’t know exactly what work the construction walls are blocking. They may be for railing maintenance, since there appears to be no other major changes taking place in the area.
The Key to Disneyland station is still available in front of the construction walls for guests looking to take part in that activity for the Disneyland 70th Celebration.
The walls curve around the left side and end just at the entrance of the tunnel leading into the park. The walls do not block the tunnel interior, so all of the classic attraction posters are still visible.
Construction on the Disneyland Park gates also wrapped up earlier this month. Both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure got new “tapstile” entrance gates with an updated look and more modern technology.
