Jeep Moved & More Updates For Avengers Campus Expansion in Disney California Adventure

The Avengers Jeep has been moved to a new location as more construction walls extend into Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure.

A black armored off-road vehicle is parked at Avengers Campus in DCA, in front of a modern building.

Due to construction walls, the Avengers-branded Jeep has been moved nearer to Avengers Headquarters and Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout.

Not much work can be seen behind the walls added next to Avengers Vault, although we previously saw a new structure made up of multiple vertical supports and roofs. Though not confirmed, this area is rumored to get a new bathroom facility, and this structure may be the start of that building. The new attractions — Avengers: Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab — are expected to take over more backstage space.

Guests exiting the Avengers Vault merchandise location run right into the blue construction walls and must turn right to exit. Prior to the walls, guests could turn left and head down the a walkway connecting Avengers Campus and Cars Land. This path was blocked-off in April, and a wall behind it (including A Bug’s Land Easter egg) was torn down earlier this month.

Only a narrow walkway is left for guests to return to the main Avengers Campus thoroughfare upon exiting the store.

A paved path in DCA leads to construction walls with cartoon signs near Avengers Campus, surrounded by trees and seating.

Over on the Cars Land side, posters and decals were recently added to the construction walls.

Not many changes have occurred behind the walls, as we can still see scrim hanging off a structure and a construction vehicle in the area.

With the walkway closed, guests wanting to reach Avengers Campus from Cars Land will need to head back down the main walkway to the edge of Pacific Warf and take the larger path on the right into the campus.
