New HHN Lagoon Show
Haunt-O-Phonic: A Ghoulish Journey Lagoon Show Announced for Halloween Horror Nights 34
The HHN Lagoon Show announcement was first shared on social media. Universal described the new show with the following:
A ghost story is rising from its watery grave to haunt the Universal Studios lagoon, featuring towering water screens and eerie music.
The announcement of Haunt-O-Phonic: A Ghoulish Journey comes just hours after Universal announced that Nightmare Fuel would return with Nightmare Fuel: Circus of Decay.
Though not confirmed, this lagoon show could be a sequel to Ghoulish! A Halloween Tale, which was performed for Halloween Horror Nights 31 in 2022. Watch our video of that show:
Scare zones for HHN 34 will be Mutations: Toxic Twenties, The Cat Lady of Crooked Lane, Masquerade: Dance with Death, and The Origins of Horror. This year will also see new “street experiences” with Mel’s Die-In Zombies and Club Horror.
Universal has announced eight HHN houses so far for this year. The original houses include Gálkn: Monsters of the North, Grave of the Flesh, Dolls: Let’s Play Dead, Hatchet and Chains: Demon Bounty Hunters, and El Artista: A Spanish Haunting. The three IP-inspired houses announced so far are “Terrifier,” “Fallout,” and “JASON UN1V3RSE” (“Friday the 13th”). “Five Nights at Freddy’s” will also be part of the event, though the extent has not been confirmed.
Tickets are on sale now for Halloween Horror Nights 2025 at Universal Studios Florida. Multi-night tickets are on sale, though most Express add-on options have sold out.
