For several weeks, construction walls and themed scrim have covered the restaurant’s facade. The scrim features a design inspired by the real building. The quick-service venue has remained open and operational during the refurbishment.

Recently, the scrim was rolled up, possibly due to the weather. This revealed that the themed roofing had been removed, exposing sheathing beneath. The Troubadour Tavern sign and bunting are also currently missing from the building.

Construction has been ongoing since at least September, coinciding with construction at the nearby Fantasyland Theatre. Troubadour Tavern currently offers a holiday Santa Breakfast Potato.
