One of the perks of After Dark events is the opportunity to meet with lesser-seen or rare characters. This 70-year celebration is no exception. Nostalgic meet and greet characters can be found throughout the park during this event. Check out who we saw!

Mickey Mouse – Main Street U.S.A.
Mickey meets in front of the train station in his Dapper costume. He wears a red striped jacket, a yellow vest and bowtie, and red pants.
Minnie Mouse – Main Street U.S.A.
Minnie’s meet and greet is inspired by the “Minnie’s Fly Girls,” which was a stage show in Disney California Adventure. She wears her red pilot costume.
Pocahontas and Meeko – Frontierland
Pocahontas and Meeko from Pocahontas meet near the Rivers of Americas. She wears her long jacket.
Mother and Father from Carousel of Progress – Tomorrowland
Mother and Father from Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress are meeting guests, and this is only the second time these characters have made an appearance at Disneyland (the first being Throwback Nite in 2023). Mother wears her blue dress and pink apron, while Father dons a green jacket, yellow vest, and red tie.
Merlin from The Sword in the Stone – Fantasyland
Merlin is making magic near the sword in front of the King Arthur Carrousel attraction.
Flik and Atta from A Bug’s Life – Fantasyland
Hang out with Flik and Atta in Fantasyland. Atta wears her crown.
Esmeralda – Fantasyland
Esmerelda from Hunchback of Notre Dame stands in front of banners for this meet and greet.
Fantasmic! Monkeys – New Orleans Square
The glow-in-the-dark monkeys stand in front of a Fantasmic! sign, showing off their moves.
