The menu for GCH Craftsman Grill at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel has received some updates. Our reporter was able to grab a few snapshots of the updated menus. Check them out below.
Craftsman Grill Menu Update
A variety of coffees, cold brews, and teas are available with pricing ranging from $5.00 to $7.75.
The Hot Dog of the Month is a Bahn Mi Dog, served with a grilled andouille sausage on a toasted French roll with house mayo, pickled veggies, cucumbers, fresh sliced jalapeños, drizzled with honey, and garnished with fresh cilantro.
Currently, there is also a Chicken Tortilla Soup with tomatoes, tender chunks of chicken, kidney beans, sweet corn, and chopped tortillas al served in a thick, zesty chicken broth.
Breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m. and includes the following items:
- Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich — $20
- Breakfast Sandwich — $19
- American Breakfast — $19
- Farmers Market Frittata — $16
- Breakfast Burrito — $16
- Brioche French Toast — $17
- Avocado Toast on Sourdough — $18

Lunch and dinner is served from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
