This was a nice dish with a good portion size. The vegetables were well-cooked in a sauce that is tomato-heavy in flavor.

A solid charcuterie board with lots of different flavor profiles. We enjoyed each of the items presented: The cheeses were supreme and the meats were on point, except for the pâté near the back of the plate. This one just didn’t match any of the other flavors presented and ended up just being bad. The price for this dish seems a bit expensive, but they’re fresh-slicing the meats for every order, like how the Spain booth originally served the charcuterie in a cone from Food & Wine in 2017.

*NEW* Lemon Blood-Orange Tart – $6.50

This was exceptional. It had just the right level of tart offset with the cream on top. There’s a blood orange tinge to each bite. Plus, it’s covered in delightful fresh blueberries bursting with flavor.

*NEW* Artist Palette Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookie – $5.50

This is a giant, chewy chocolate chip cookie. Don’t expect something hot and fresh, but it’s good enough for mom and dad to enjoy a bite while the kids enjoy painting with the brush (and probably eating the cookie too).

*NEW* Blue Sky Black Cherry Boba Freeze – $4.50

This tastes like frozen Florida tap water. It is horrendous. Avoid at all costs.

*NEW* 3 Daughters Strawberry Blonde Nitro, St. Petersburg, FL (5.0% ABV) – $4.50 for 6 o.z., $8.50 for 12 o.z.

From 3 Daughters Brewing Company: “It is golden in color with a very slight pink hue and a white head. This blonde ale is infused with strawberries during secondary fermentation. The smell of strawberry dominates the aroma but there is a modest malt essence. The flavor is an even balance of malt and strawberry with just a little hop bitterness. It is crisp, dry and nitrogen gives it a smooth creamy finish.”

We found the beer to be a bit too hoppy. It wasn’t bad, but it’s not a beer that should be on nitro, as standard carbonation would be a better taste. In fact, the nitro made this beer taste almost flat, whereas on a stout, it gives it a creamy mouthfeel.

*NEW* Breckenridge Nitro Vanilla Porter, Breckenridge, CO (5.4% ABV) – $4.50 for 6 o.z., $8.50 for 12 o.z.

From Breckenridge Brewery: “A variety of malts provide flavors of chocolate, roasted nut, caramel, and coffee. Imported vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea and Madagascar add complex and exotic flavors to this solid porter. The softening effect of nitrogen creates a velvety mouthfeel and highlights the flavors of the malts and vanilla.”

*NEW* M.I.A. Beer Company Milk Stout Nitro, Doral, FL (7.5% ABV) – $4.50 for 6 o.z., $8.50 for 12 o.z.

On Untappd, M.I.A. Beer Company describes their Milk Stout Nitro, also known as Moo Over Miami when not on nitro, as “roasty dark chocolate held high by lactose (unfermentable milk sugar) full-bodied balance with cocoa nibs and vanilla bean.”

*NEW* Cold Fashioned Coffee Cocktail – $9.50

I enjoy coffee-based cocktails quite a bit, so this was also right up my alley. It’s strong, but smooth with a hint of citrus. If it hits 40 degrees again, I’m not sure I’ll be having one, but I suspect I’ll find enough warm days to have a few of these over the next month.
