Citrus-poached Salmon with Ancient Grain Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Citrus Greens – $6.50

What’s best about this dish is that it’s the biggest piece of salmon we’ve ever been served at any Epcot festival. It isn’t really seasoned much, but it’s still a really big chunk of salmon, especially for the price. This is also one of the healthier dishes at the festival as well, I’d say.

This dish is fine, really. It’s just as described. None of the ingredients really stand out, which makes it somewhat forgettable. We suggest skipping it. It’s not even same league as the beet salad they usually serve at Food & Wine. At least the cashew cheese tastes like cheese.

*NEW* Mickey Tart Peanut Butter Mousse with Strawberry Jam and Boba Pearls (V) (KA) – $4.50

Mickey Tart Peanut Butter Mousse with Strawberry Jam and Boba Pearls – $4.50

This tart is fantastic. If you’re a fan of peanut butter and jelly and you want dessert, this is a good option, plus it takes a good picture. Don’t be afraid of the glitter in here, because it really just tastes like a peanut butter and jelly. Definitely get this if you’re into these flavors.

*NEW* Blood Orange Aqua Fresca (non-alcoholic) – $4.00

Blood Orange Aqua Fresca – $4.00

This is basically just fruit punch by any other name. It could’ve been Kool-Aid for all we know.

*NEW* Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt (non-alcoholic) (KA) – $4.25

Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt – $4.25

This was one of the most interesting and fun things they’ve done in a while. Lots of guests were curious at this nostalgic dessert-turned-drink, because it really is the liquefied version of it. This would make a good kid-approved item since it’s so fun. The cookie butter really shines in this and gives it a very memorable, enjoyable taste. It has a slightly thicker consistency than a chocolate milk, but not by much. When you manage to get a sip with a cookie crumble in there, it’s pretty amazing. Definitely get this.
