The cornbread is sweet and spicy. The meat is cooked perfectly, spiced well, and served in a large portion. This is excellent. However, we don’t want to eat chili in August. We’ll come back later in the season to enjoy this again.

It has a nice crunch with rich fall flavors enhanced by the cheese. The sage brown butter is a nice touch. We loved this.

We were divided on this, but those who liked it loved it. It appeals to a different audience than the first two dishes here, and a fall burrata is strange, but it works well. Those of us who didn’t like it were put off by the texture and the cheese.
