*NEW* Ribeye Taco: Ribeye Steak with Ranchera Salsa in a Corn Tortilla topped with Onions, Chives, and a Lime Wedge – $6.95

As soon as they handed this to us, we thought, “Oh, this isn’t going to be good.” And we were right. The tortilla was okay, and the sauce had a nice spicy flavor, but not enough of it. The beef was chewy and gristly. Overall, the dish was small, and underwhelming for nearly $7.
*NEW* Pork Tostada: Fried Corn Tortilla topped with Chipotle Black Beans, Roasted Pork, Fresh Salsa Verde, Onions, and Cilantro – $6.75

This tostada was decent. We wouldn’t go out of our way for it, but we would eat it again. The pork had a good flavor and texture. The black beans had a nice smoky flavor from the chipotle without being too spicy. The fresh onions were a nice complement with extra crunch and juiciness.
*NEW* Mexican Craft Beer: Tulum Artisanal Lager (4.0% ABV) crafted with Citrus notes and made with Mexican Caribbean Seawater – $5.00 for 6 o.z., $9.50 for 12 o.z.

DJ Burns says on Untappd: “Refreshing lager, great flavor, easy drink. [A] craft beer for the heat!”
If there was a cheap ripoff of Sol, which is a cheap ripoff of Corona, then this beer would be it.
*NEW* Passion Rose Sangria: Red Wine, Rum, Rose Petal Liqueur, Passion Fruit PurĂ©e, and Lime – $10.00

Most of our reporters didn’t like this wine. The flowery taste was too overpowering, unless you like that kind of flavor and then you might enjoy this drink.
Clásica Margarita: Tequila, Chile Poblano Liqueur, Lime Juice, and Agave Nectar with a Salt Rim – $10.75

This year, the Clásica Margarita features a salt rim instead of the TajĂn chile-lime rim of 2019. It was a mediocre drink. It wasn’t bad, but it also was not remarkable in any way.
*NEW* Mango Smoky Margarita: Mango PurĂ©e, Mezcal, Applejack, Lime Juice, and Agave Nectar with a TajĂn Chile-Lime Rim – $11.50

Most of our reporters thought this margarita was gross. It tasted like plastic and chemicals. It was smoky and sweet in a bad way. Two disappointing margaritas from the Mexico booth.
