After a two-month refurbishment, Matterhorn Bobsleds in Disneyland Park has reopened. The Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland Park will be closed for refurbishment starting on August 8, 2022. Disneyland has not announced a projected end date for the refurbishment. Matterhorn Bobsleds already closed for a week-long refurbishment earlier this year.
More refurbishment closures have been announced, including the news that the Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland will close for a brief refurbishment from February 28 through March 4. The Matterhorn last underwent a refurbishment in spring 2021, reopening in July. Annual refurbishments are common, especially for larger attractions.
