With the Disney Skyliner now open, there’s a lot more people looking to stay at the resorts on the line, including Pop Century. The resort’s airline check-in area is currently under refurbishment, but it seems like there has been a lot of progress since our last update.
The airline check-in area is expanding, and construction has gone vertical behind the lobby. There’s a circular frame on one side, and another portion is wavy. The roofing of the new structure has a unique shape that seems fitting for a resort with such themed elements all around.
On the other side of the construction, inside the lobby, there is a cute little waiting area geared towards children.
There are signs by the construction directing guests towards a temporary airline check-in located at the front of Classic Hall.
Near the entrance to the lobby, you can find the temporary check in and luggage assistance. For now, you can use this temporary location near the entrance, but eventually guests will be able to use the newly refurbished airline check-in located behind the lobby. We’ll keep you updated on the progress!
