  1. Following and excited about your maintenance reports coming soon. We are AP holders from TN and go once a month to Disney. We are fortunate we own a successful business and this allows us to do this. We fly in and stay on property from the value to deluxe resorts, eat at table service dining, and buy a lot of merch. With that said, we feel we have a voice and right to complain. Please address if at possible:
    * deck wood at MK that skirts the river leading to splash and thunder mntn is rotting and in areas exposed screws. My wife tripped this past weekend there.
    * Walls pealing and filthy in buzz light year
    * spaceship earth ride vehicles were sticky and filthy this past week
    * car. of progress the water pump was not putting out water nor was the rain feature working
    * AK on bugs life the animatronics were broken on Flik and Hopper looks like it had been removed
    * people movers cars left my wife’s pants brown from filth
    * small world where do I begin, filthy, sets falling apart, tons of lights not working
    * Monorail black was absolutely nasty with grim
    * Skyliner had stickers on floor, corners of the gondola were dirty, the glass has fingerprints, smudges, and even food smeared on one
    * food quality has slipped as well, with the high prices I expect more than a Golden Corral buffet quality.
    * housekeeping is nonexistent, it hasn’t mattered rather we are at the poly, grand flor, contemporary, or pop century we never have had our room cleaned during the week. This past week we had to call down for towels, toiletries, etc. this one pisses me off the most. We just dropped 10K on this trip for Christmas and not one time were either of the rooms cleaned. This is ridiculous. Also, a grand per night for a room with a few incredibles wrap is total BS.
As an engineer I do have more of a critical eye than the normal guest I realize. However, we no longer feel the value is even remotely there at Disney. We annually spend around 50K at Disney bringing our family. No more! We have reached the tipping point. We will keep renewing our AP because we LOVE Disney, but will not go as often until things change. We are taking our first Alaska cruise in May and have a European vacation planned as well for later in the summer. Sorry for the long comments but I needed to vent to someone who would listen. I speak each time I see something to a CM and a manager if I can find one. The repeated response is that their hours are cut and they would love to do more but are not allowed.
